Refund policy

We do not accept returns on nail polish or nail care related items. If there is an issue regarding an item, please reach out so we can work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds will be granted if the order is canceled before it is shipped.

Copy Crafted by Chrys items will be eligible for returns for 30 days after receipt of the item. The item must be unused and unwashed to be returned. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item back to us.
